Hello all, I am a relative rookie to stamp collecting and I mostly collect US stamps however I cam across this Luxembourg 2 cetimes stamp with an interesting fancy cancel. I could not identify it for the life of me and hoping you can help! Also attached is what seems to be a French WWI stamp?

The first one has the makings of a fiscal stamp.
The second you might find somewhere on this forum. If it is not a Swiss military stamp, it is one of a range of vignettes that has been discussed a couple of years ago.

First one : revenue stamp indeed (stamp for posters) with a "typographic" cancellation

Second stamp --- A private made label made about a French Napoleonic military unit . very collectible Cinderella stamp .Hundreds of these were made during WWI .I bought many for around one dollar apiece .
