1859 issue with a blue 4 ring cancel, with what may be a #19 cancel? *Unitrade lists a blue 4 ring cancel for London, Ontario (#19), with a rarity factor of 10 (extremely rare). There are no other blue strikes listed with a "1" as the first digit. In fact, Unitrade notes that only three #19 blue strikes are known.

I ran that through my photo editor, and I think I saw the left hand number as a 4, with it coming across at the top of the numeral 5. Everthing is a bit blurry at my age, and I don't know Canadian cancels from Canadian bacon, but could it be a 49?
