I am stumped as to what the name of the post office is, on this 3 cent small queen (Scott 37/41)!

Can anyone help?

To me it looks as Nober Ont .It should have a post office in Norfolk County Ontario

Wasnt sure if the 3rd letter was a B or a P. aolssonl is bang on the money. But after seeing Ont. At bottom of the broken circle cancel, that fits perfect.
Funny, I was searching for nober in Canada, but all that came up was a slang meaning.
