I found this one to be an RO-64b Clark Match Co. My problem is the over print which I have not been able to identify or get a correct catalog number for. Can anyone help?

the cancel is that of S,R, Van Duzer & Co. it is commonly found on the Clark match stamps and their successors.. it is not complete, the date.is missing due to poor alignment. that is also common on these stamps. the Boston book lists 7 types. they were a large wholesale firm of patent medicines and sundries in NYC. the cancel is also found on several medicine company issues.

It's a cancel, not an overprint. So the number does not change.
