I'd check out StampSmarter, as Don and Bill put most of Bill's freebies on the site before Bill passed. Just not sure where, library, maybe?

They don't seem to be available to order from their original website.

Unfortunately, Don Denman and William Weiss never had an agreement to host his many publications on Stamp Smarter.

Weiss did create a number of brief introduction pages to the material in many of his books, which are hosted in the Stamp Smarter Library here:

https://stampsmarter.org/learning/Home_USID.html

Weiss also created a short 18 page simplified version of his Foreign Mail Cancels book, which can be found here:

https://stampsmarter.org/features/NYFM_home.html

I have contacted the email listed on their website to see if someone in the family may still be maintaining the website and handling the sale of the eBooks on CD or by download. Once I get the information, I will post it here.

Jogil,
The Lancaster, PA Philatelic Society has a number of books available for free download. You might want to search their website, lots of great information.
Dr. Charles J. DiComo is the club President and website manager.
Link to their Library.

According to the link you provided, they detail that there are 16 EBooks available to purchase. All 16 books were written by Bill Weiss. As they are being sold by his separate company I would think that they are still available. The order form seems to be created within the past couple years, definitely which also indicates that they are still available.

Lastly under the menu item Online Services is the following:

Online Services
Sorry, Bill has retired and no longer offers ID and certification services. Despite not accepting new expertizing business, Bill will continue to offer the books and CDs. Thank you!

The email address on the website does not work. Perhaps Paul W. Schmid has a website for his stamp publications.

Which eMail address did you send message to? I sent three emails to weissauction@rcn.com, which is the email address shown in their order form, about two hours ago and they were received by their server without issues. I got confirmation back from their server. I think this may be the same address you tried but it worked for me without issues.

Hi,

This is Bill Weiss's daughter. Thanks to the email from Mike, I found out about this inquiry. To answer your question, yes, you can still order the ebooks listed on the website. I am only able to take payment by PayPal. The emails are supposed to forward to my email. I am getting form submissions from the website and emails sent to weissauction@rcn.com. It appears I'm not getting emails sent to wrw43@rcn.com. Hope this helps clear up any confusion.

I have been in contact with Paul Schmid and I am still offering his books as listed on my dad's website.
