Short answer : No,
just some info from a discussion in 2006 FYI

As of about 2 years ago, they were actively working on said project.
The last pages of the entire set are uneven, going from the '70s
through some of the '80s. There were some Addenda with updated
prices, but these too are still quite old.
I'd suspect they have about 30 years of catching up to do - literally
- without knowing Rod's date of transfer.
The last reprint by Classic is uneven also, most definitely a photo
copy print run of the last releases. Some of the graphics in the old
releases weren't in tip top shape, but they'd get you in the ball
park.
At the time I purchased my reprint from them, it was about $250, from
Classic. I did have a lot of postal cards and it about evened out the
purchase with my follow up sales.
So, beyond updating the old versions, some new graphics would be a
wonderful improvement.

Many years ago (at least 25), Higgins & Gage sold their postal
stationery stock along with the rights to their catalog to Mel
and Pat Feiner of Classic Philatelics. The Higgins & Gage firm
continued on for several more years, primarily as an auction
house (but I got a GREAT private treaty deal from them).
In 2006 the Feiners sold out lock, stock and barrel to the firm
of Christoph Gärtner* of Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany.
Several photos of the move were included with their most recent
auction catalog.
