Help With Identifying Color Variation Of Canada Fx5 9c Excise Tax

Hello,

I'm hoping someone has some information about this blue version of Canada FX5 9c Excise Tax stamp (Van Dam cat#).

The only color listed in Van Dam is violet. I've looked for similar on ebay and hipstamp and even some online retailers but so far nothing about a blue version. I'm wondering if it might have been chemically altered.

Any help would be appreciated.

Most likely environmental change due to light. If you post a pristine copy scanned at the same time, I'm sure someone will comment further.
