The first has the central portrait washed out.
The second is cut from a stamped envelope and will not be Scott-listed.

The first stamp is a Dutch stamp that was current 1899 - 1921, The colour of the portrait is badly faded. This was blue.

To Dutch collectors, the set is known as "Bontkraag" (fur collar).

(not mine)

I have been looking for these as errors, the bontkraag has a perfect frame but no portrait, I'm fairly new to this and was wondering what the values might be? I appreciate the help, thank you

The Dutch stamp: you, probably, have to pay someone to take it off you. A faded portrait means it is damaged.

The cut-square may not be worth much either. Cut-outs were collected in before WWII.. Nowadays, collectors of stamps do not consider them as such. Some countries allowed unused cut-outs to be used as stamps.
