Hawid mounts can be ordered pre-cut. Scott/Prince mounts come in clear precut as well.
Depending on what you're putting them in, I recommend buying strips and cutting them.
Hopefully you mean crystal-like mounts, Crystal Mounts are actively bad for stamps, no one sells them any more except people selling old stock to ruin your collection.
I agree with buying mount strips and cutting them yourself. You can buy a special mount cutting tool for that (not very expensive). The reason for doing it this way is because pre-cut mounts only exist for the most common size stamps and they cost much more than if you cut them yourself. In my remounting project, I have cut over 70,000 individual mounts in the past 4+ years.
just an fyi: I do not believe crystal mounts came pre-cut, they were only sold in strips by height with the strips being c. 6" long & group recommends NOT using.
