I can't find mentioned sideways watermark on this stamp in Stanley Gibbons, but I have many. Is it because it is so normal that it's value is the same as "not sideways"?

No, you, probably, got the watermark wrong.
Yours, likely, is SG 420b.

This could be the understatement of the month. My own collection, though checked multiple times, still has surprises for me when I pull some stamps out for closer inspection. Stamps in wrong places, watermark issues, color mistakes … you name it. There's nothing like the help and education that you get on this forum.
