Found these online.
Mexico Scott 1136a Type II on the left
Scott 1136 Type I on the right

Well the main difference is the burelage.

Scott states:

Some stamps have a gray burelage
Type I — Burelage lines run lower left to
upper right with arch towards lower right.
Type II — Burelage lines run lower left to
upper right with arch towards upper left.


There are also apparently some colour shade variations, light to dark blue.
The image of Scott 1136a I found online is not sharp compared to Scott1136
I just combined the two.
