Yay finally got it to work. Redoing the watermark image fixed it. |

AlbumEasy looks like a cool program. I wish it had an easy interface with Macs. |

Quote:Yay finally got it to work. Redoing the watermark image fixed it. Excellent news DJCMHOH that looks great :) Quote: AlbumEasy looks like a cool program. I wish it had an easy interface with Macs. Unfortunately I have never had access to a Mac so have been unable to release a Mac version. I do know of some Mac users who run the Windows version by means of Wine (Windows compatibly layer) https://www.winehq.org/ but I have no ideas as to how easy that is to setup. Alternatively, the source code is cross platform so if you know of any computer users who are able to compile a Mac program they should have no trouble getting it up and running. Clive |

Here is a home-made page from my Mexico collection, taken by my smartphone while illuminated by longwave (safe) UV light. Top of the page says Mexico Airmail 1975-77. Thought I would see how well it works, and maybe get some thoughts or suggestions. For starters, I need to find a way to get a sharper image. Maybe increase the ambient (non-UV) light? It would be nice to capture a digital image so that I don't have to use the UV light any more than necessary. I have been using it for 25 years now, with no ill effects, but would rather be cautious. |

Your format is similar to mine. If you are mounting more varieties, many a minor cat number, you can ponder where you put the info (above or below) frame. |

Just a thought - might look better to use a common font, rather than have the italic heading and the plain text below. |

I collect stamps from the British Colonies issued during the reign of King George VI. There are three catalogs that have information about these stamps, but there are additional details from various authors about the number of stamps produced during this time. I keep finding new details, so in order to keep up with things I started using Vario loose leaf pages to hold the stamps. I create a list of the details I know about each stamp in a printing in Excel and print it out. Then I cut up the page so I have a slip of paper for each stamp. This allows me to make changes any time. Here is an example of the two pound values from my Jamaica collection based on the King George VI Study Paper 15 by H. A. H. James: |

Been working on my Australia pages, finished up to the end of George VI now (1952) Here is one of my most recent pages (it's not formatted for an 8x10 page due to oddness with photoshop and printing, but you get the idea) |

Thanks Rod I was about to say that I have those exact seals (plus a 1910), but then I looked closer and compared, I have those EXACT seals. Those are mine. They were on that SCF page, but when Photobucket decided to pooch everyone, I closed my account. SCF won't let me update the images. Small world, no? |
