Nope. 210 all day. 211B was a Special Printing, and you don't identify by the color. It's all about the proof-like impression, and nearly all are unused. Collectors ordered these from Washington DC, and they weren't sold at the post office. No one used them- they were for their collections only.

In spite of admitting those explanation, I still confused of one thing, what is a "favor cancel "? Because I came across this on note on Swedishtiger website mentioning that there were sale on " favor cancel" for $850.
A favour cancel is one obtained from post office staff without the stamp's having gone through the mail. The individual nature of the cancelling is in contrast to mass cancelled-to-order postmarks.
