Your red cancel I think is a Cole CSU-5, or possibly a CSU-3 or CSU-4 from Boston, in the category of "unusual crosses". Here is one of mine.


Your second one is a "New York City String of Pearls" Cole PC-20 from 1879-1884 and is actually classified as a precancel. It is seen somewhat more frequently in blue rather than black. Here are a couple of mine.


Your third highlighted example appears to be a handcarved quarter-cork cancel. Many many postmasters from many towns made these. The nice blue shade is quite distinctive but pretty hard to say with certainty where it came from.

Here is a cover that sold in 2017 at Kelleher described as a "red/magenta Maltese cross". It sold for $150, but it is hard to extrapolate the price of a stamp off-cover versus the on-cover value.
