I recently got some revenue stamps and am having difficulty distinguishing certain ones. For example: RD5 and RD34, RD9 and RD36, and others of those two groups. Am I missing something very easy?
I would appreciate any help.

On RD5 the letters such as the S have no serifs; on RD34 the S has serifs.

Revenuermd, you do mean the letters on the overprints...not the stamps themselves?
