Identification - Austria ~1900

Starting to organize my novice collection...
This should just be Austria ~1900, Emperor Franz Josef I, 10 H (heller), "kais koenigl oesterr post".
But when I try to find this on StampWorld.com (haven't yet invested in Scott catalog - pretty expensive), all variations have 2 numbers on top (and 2 on bottom), while this one only has 2 numbers on bottom.
Which year (and ideally StampWorld catalog ID) is this? Likely worthless, as someone cut off perforations.
