DDR Sc#167 Laid Paper?

I have obtained this stamp from the DDR of the Five Year Plan, I think it is a SC#167 (one of those with the E over the A), the thing is that it has some horizontal lines that indicate to me that perhaps it could be laid paper..that's why I would like to know your opinion..

This series of stamps was not printed on laid paper. It looks like it was mounted in a "magic stick" photo album, never a good idea as you can see. Your copy of the stamp is a reprint.

Thanks for your answers. Do you think that if I wash the stamp and apply a little spatula to it, I could erase the marks from the "magic stick" album?
