I'm looking at this #72. Other than the bent perf at lower right and what looks like an added perf just above mid right and a sealed tear visible from the back, is there anything else suspicious?

looks like a diagonal crease from the top around the bent perf to the right side about 3-4 perfs down. Visible on the back.
