Help Needed With Imperforated 1931 Sun Yatzen Stamp

In a collection I have found this stamp. It is an imperforated $5 Sun Yatzen stamp . The perforated version of this has Michel nr 245. The imperforated stamp is not mentioned in the Michel and also not in the Ma catalogue.
Any thoughts about this stamp?

The stamp (Sun Yat sen 3rd issue) was never issued imperf. Entire sheets were stolen from the printingworks in hong kong.
