Hi,

Anyone knows how I can subscribe or buy these American Commemorative Cancellation Pages directly from USPS?

I see they are being sold on ebay but I am wondering how the sellers got these pages at the first place.

According to https://www.asppp.org/cancellation_pages.htm
" they are available by subscription from the USP" but I cannot find the subscription info anywhere on the USPS store.

Thank you!

Thank you for sharing the link. I had already reviewed that thread before posting my question here, but I wasn't able to find the information I needed about how to obtain the panels directly from USPS.

If I overlooked anything, please feel free to point it out. I appreciate your help!

USPS.Com/collectors does NOT have the Commemorative Cancellation Pages, there are only "Commemorative Panels" with mint stamps

My question is for the pages like this:

My dad started a subscription for me back in 1972 when the official Souvenir Pages began (now known as American Commemorative Cancellations). I've often thought about stopping the subscription, but always talk myself out of it. Clearly not a good investment if seeking a monetary return.

I just received another shipment. There's nothing in the mailing that explains how to subscribe. The address on the shipping letter is:

Stamp Fulfillment Services
8300 NE Underground Drive Pillar 210
Kansas City MO 64144-0001

(844)737-7826

This particular shipment is described as Item # S32402 Cancellations W-2, 2024 (I think W-2 means "wave 2" as this is second shipment for 2024). It then lists the 7 pages in this group with individual item numbers. For example, the Underground Railroad page is item S30924.

Hope this helps.

@MrEos: This is really helpful! I'll call the number above to see if they sell individual Cancellation Panels instead of the entire shipment for the year. I'm collecting stamps by topic, so I only need the ones that match my interests. If possible, could you upload some images of your W-2 2004 panels so I can have an idea of what they look like? Thanks so much!

If you want USPS Souvenir Pages, you are better off buying them in the after market, ie., from ebay. Especially if you want only by specific topic.

The pages with first day cancels are Souvenir Pages, and not Commemorative Panels...

If you collect by topic, you won't be able to subscribe directly with USPS - they don't operate that way...

IMHO

@sochummy -

per your request, here are a couple of examples. They all follow the same format. Sometimes, the stamps will be affixed to the back of the page if they don't fit on the front - the Underground Railroad page is like that.

Oops - my apologies to all!

I had no idea that the name of this product had changed. My bad.

@MrEos: It has been more than a year, and I have collected 95% of them (1972 to now) with almost 2000 pages. Only the year sets of 2021 2022 2023 are missing from my collection. If you or someone you know would be willing to sell these sets, please let me know.
