So this came inside a collection of German stamps I bought from a former collector. Seniors here, please help with my dillema: do I keep this as is (looks rather ugly, the foil is wrinkled and punch holes seem like a wrongdoing of former collector, rather than official punch holes) or is it OK to cut the stamps with paper (and cancellations) and put in stockbook? Is this worth anything to anyone at all? And what about this hollographic stamp I cannot find anything about?
They look like the sheets that DBP used to send out to employees and pensioners when they have a new issue. I have a number of these, received from contacts at both Post and Telekom. (then a part of DBP) from my days in telecoms and work at UPU and CCITT.
