Just arrived Austria 2024 Christmas stamp.

Canada Post December 30, 2024
and delivered January 8, 2024.
Delayed obviously due to the postal strike here in Canada.
What I don't get is why
Canada Post cancelled a foreign stamp which was already
properly cancelled by the originating country.
And who cares even it wasn't cancelled since it has nothing to do with
Canada Postloosing revenue if it was soaked off and reused.
And this on top of the fact that so much domestic mail is
not cancelled.
No wonder
Canada Post is loosing billions.
