This is a machine cancellation (the CDS part to the left is missing) by a Azemar's machine introduced in 1869 at the London Chief Office. Its use was discontinued in 1870.
That is the same or similar machine cancel. To the right, it repeats the A1 barred diamond. Interesting to see the date is for 1871, as its use is documented to have been discontinued after about a year.
