I've begun the daunting task of classifying my Centennial definitives. I'm using the Unitrade catalogue as my reference. I'm a bit stumped with this one.

They appear to be Die I. The second image shows the stamps under UV light. It appears to be HB paper. The top straight edge confuses me, because the booklets containing the black 6 cent appear to be attached at the top. I also don't see an entry for a miniature pane. They have Dextrine gum.

I might be missing something obvious among the massive number of varieties. Can anyone help classify these?

In "Centennial Definitive Series 1967-1973", page 24, D. Robin Harris wrote "Two "types" of panes are distributed: philatelic panes are sent to philatelic outlets across the country - they include plate inscriptions in one (or each of the four) corner; field stock panes are sent to all post offices - they have no inscriptions on the pane (because the inscriptions were trimmed off or the pane was printed without inscriptions).

The image below is on the same page. Hope this helps solve the mystery.

Ok, that makes sense. Thank you! This series has so many little intricacies!
Based on this, I would classify these as 460ii.

If you're working on this series, I highly recommend the book. I tried to understand the many different varieties using Unitrade and various web sites, but kept coming up short. The book is pretty indispensable in understanding the how and why they are the way they are.
