Two More Norway Cancels Puzzling Me

The cancel on the pair at left says: "OSLO NORDSTRANDHOGDA". I can't find in Wikipedia what Nordstrandhogda refers to.
At right, the placename begins "KJOLL....." At bottom its postcode is 3289, but the Norway lookup says 3289 is Kragero. So what place is Kjoll....?

It appears to be something starting with KJOLLS, or maybe KJOLLE. The latter would be Kjollefjord. The former, that looks more likely would be



The problem is that neither has a postcode coming close to the one in the CDS.
