People certainly collect them. Some modest value, I think, but nothing to write home about. Interesting mixture of tobacco, cigarettes (class A and class B), snuff, and cigars.
Sometimes they have them; they are long out of print. And certain editions are much harder to find than others, such as the 9th. In large part because that has some of these categories, and it is the only catalog.
