318 - Likely A Fake, But Again I Need To Verify.

As with the fake 322, this was part of my father's collection. My assumption is that it's a fake, but I need to get a valid opinion that it is not real. Any input would be appreciated.

The margins don't look particularly good, nor do the perfs. A scan of the reverse on the black background would be helpful.

I'd gues this is a pair from the top row of a sheet.
The bottom perfs were cut away (the margins are not parallel)
The central holes are almost perfectly round, irregular and the perf line slants to the left, so this looks very much home-made.

Yes on revcollector, on second thought the middle perf column doesn't make sense else.
