Unfortunately, I don't know anything about this area at all, is there a slightly more valuable version among all these, or are they all ordinary?

Some of those require some effort to identify correctly. Some are straight forward. You are going to need to measure perforations and detect watermarks (or not). The StampSmarter site link given is invaluable.
