It's the "TWO CENTS" type, rather than a "2 CENTS 2", so it has to be perf 12 and will be either 332 or 375 depending on watermark. There is no "type" to this design as they are all the same.

The must be a double-line or single-line watermark on ths stamp. As noted in other recent threads the individual letters of the double-line watermark are quite large and a portion will almost always be readily visible. Thus if you do not find a watermark, it is almost certainly a single-line type, for this design.
Both stamps you have shown here are perf 12. You don't need a perf gauge. Use the "TWO CENTS" stamp known to be perf 12 as a guide and you will see it matches the second stamp, which will be Scott 406.
