The first Chile, if correctly IDed and fault free on the back is nice enough to likely be worth close to catalog. The rest of them are all faulty with the designs cut into, so worth much less than catalog. I'd want a cert on the burnt sienna before purchasing, just because I'm never sure of the colors on those.

I can't unfortunately give a cert. You think that it's possible that it's not #4 ?

On the PEI 2d stamp is it a known variant (half the D missing) or is it a misregistration with a laser printer?

Edit: Ignore my earlier message. I see that it is a known variant.

The PEI stamp with portion of O missing is a variant (variety) that has been known about, talked about and traded since the 19th century. This issue has many variants (varieties).

I have a few 5c stamps that I'm not sure about identifying just by color.
Scott 1 has bluish paper and watermark b.
You should also check the watermarks for a better identification.
Here are the 3 types of watermarks for the 5c value:

The watermark is already identified, they didn't just get identified by color.

Here is an article from The Stamp News, October, 1895 written by A. A. Bartlett. It touches on PEI errors.
