This stamp is perforated at 12 on soft white paper the second photo is the stamp held up to light. If you'll notice the round spot under the s it does not exist on the stamp but for some reason each time I take a photo it shows up. I have a good idea of its identity that would like a second or third opinion. I will try to answer back as quickly as possible.

The second photo is so out of focus it is useless.

The picture of the front looks like there is a small bit of paper stuck to the front, just under the S in POSTAGE. Is that what you are asking about?
