Libya Solar Eclipse SS Question

I recently purchased this Libya SS. The seller advertised it as SC 1692 MNH including a photo showing the stamps delineated with perforations. The sheet I received is imperf as seen, and without gum. I find no note of an imperf variety for this issue in Scott's and and suspect I received a reproduction rather than the SS that I was expecting. Wondering if anyone here is aware of an imerf variety, perhaps authentic but not noted by Scott. Otherwise I am either the target of a scam, or the beneficiary of an error sheet. Any advice?

Thanks! Looks like my sheet is probably legit since imperf varieties appear to exist. I checked ebay and hipstamp but found nothing. Forgot about delcampe. They're been off my radar since they deleted my account because I live in a state that requires them to collect sales tax. I used to find lots of good items there
