Right away I would question it based upon the "1" and "a" of May 1932 being raised in relation to their adjacent letters and numbers.

An larger, closely cropped image with much better resolution would help immensely.

The reason I asked is because I saw another C12 for sale and the overprint was about 1 centimeter up from the one I posted.

The placement of the overprint is in my opinion not a good indicator of a forgery

I agree with Peter. The overprint can shift in location. I am more concerned with the lettering and numbering.
