I don't know the catalog number, but there are numerous tools mentioned in previous posts that you can use to identify stamps. As far as value, you need only look at the condition to determine that it won't be much. Probably 5 cents to a really desperate buyer.

Do you own any catalogs or have access to a library or local stamp club?

The value depends on the color (first column for MH, in Euro)

You can search for images on the net - it is unlikely that you will be able to identify the color.
I found colors a and b on "germanstamps.net":
