The Italian stamps were evidently Field Post stamps. See here https://stampauctionnetwork.com/aCa...SrchSale=176

Here's a site devoted to distinguishing between genuine and bogus German Field Post stamps, such as the Tunisian one you showed. The commentary is that if it is too good a stamp, it's a fake! https://www.philaseiten.de/cgi-bin/...&da=1&page=2

Regarding the blue stamp:

Southern Ukraine, February 3, 1944. These were temporary stamps of the Ukrainian Provisional Post. They were valid until March 26, 1944 and were issued without gum. They were issued after the withdrawal of the German Official Post, which occurred simultaneously with the retreat of the German Wehrmacht.

The perforations on all the stamps look bogus. Likely, the stamps are too. If you can provide individual images at higher resolution we may be able to tell you more.
