I am trying to find out what color Gibbons assigned to the SG 85 5p Alfonso XII.

Edifil lists it as grey (gris), Forbin (on a revenue overprint) lists as blue lilac.\

My Stamps of the World cat shows SG85 as grey.

Checking the 1915 Gibbons Part 2, I also see a listing for a 5c lavender in addition to the 5c grey.

Thanks. It seems Gibbons is the only one I now know that lists two colors.

Yvert also lists two:

56 - 5c gris
56a - gris-violet

My 2018 Classic only lists gray blue and same for a 2017 Standard catalog
