I have found this stamp in a world collection, and I can see that it is expensive, but has it a genuine postmark.

According to the Michel catalog this stamp is very expensive (both mint and used) when it has a district imprint on it. I can't see that imprint.
Michel also indicates that there was a second printing in 1867 on white paper, but that was never issued, allthough unused copies are priced in the catalog.

Based on the above I assume that the cancel is a fake

Your stamp is Scott #17a without District name, Cat.$2.00 and only exists in mint or unused condition, never they were used. The cancellation is fake. Stamps of 1867 in white paper are fraudulent.

Original use carried District name "SALTILLO" and/or "MONTERREY", both used in toned paper.

What do you say about this stamp:

Why use OAXACA overprint if you are making a fake? Perhaps it was available?
