Is this stamplike item in Scott? What does the C4 overprint mean? Thanks for any information

State revenues are not listed in Scott. You will find them in the State Revenue catalog.

Not sure why he sells them so cheaply, but take advantage.

I have a set in my New York binder.

Also, the C4 overprint means 4 cents, matched to the denomination of the stamp. Those dollar issues with this style overprint use a "D". One of the $100 stamps only has a "100" without the "D". The $1,000 stamp doesn't have an overprint.

Be aware the NY Stock Transfer stamps have multiple variations and many different series with the same basic design. It is far more complicated than most folks realize.

Are these books available and how does a person buy one?
Are Ohio sales tax stamps included in this book? Is there a separate book for the Ohio tax stamps or online source?
