We had 2 Heirloom green binders come in, both books are 98% complete. Heres a few stamps from the first 2 pages of book one.

The One-Cent Franklin labeled IIIa appears to be a Type V with perfs trimmed and design elements drawn in. The One-Cent Franklin labeled III is a Type V with perfs trimmed.

It's a forum for stamp collecting, not stamp sales. It's interesting if you bought this to collect it (faitly common method I think), not so interesting if you bought it to sell.
