The spire on the center dome is quite prominent on others of this issue. This stamp has NO spire on the dome. I don't find anything on ebay, in Scott's general or Google search. Is anyone aware of this being an acknowledged error. ...value?
The overall vignette impression is very weak. Many lines of the clouds are not visible as well. IMO not so much of an EFO but rather poor print quality.
