I assume you mean 1870. They are not Scott catalog numbers either because Scott numbers in that range are the 1885 overprints (in cents).
I found a 1912 SG catalog online and SG 101 and SG 106 do exist, but they are also post 1870 (cents). Plus, the other numbers don't line up with DavidR's 2016 numbers -- in the 1912 edition, the 1863-7 set runs SG 54-77 and 1872-80 set starts at SG 81. Clearly the listings have changed numbering over the years. Any clue about how old is the album where those pencilled numbers were found?
