We had a very good meeting with 21 members and 18 guests attending.

The Nashville Postcrossing group had a meetup at our meeting. The Postcrossers send post cards to
others Postcrossers around the world and receive ones back. They collect postcards and the stamps
that are on them.

It was announced that we would have our Premium Auction next month. Members were asked what
types of stamps they would be interested in to be included in that auction.

One of our members who had been ill for several meetings returned.

One of our members who collects picture postcards heard back from an email that I sent out for him to
everyone on our general email list. It looks like several people are interested in forming a postcard club.

Several members had a good time looking through the APS circuit books.

Two of of our members announced that they would be doing a yearbook with pictures and bios
of our members. It will be printed and distributed once the info is collected from our members.

Everyone enjoyed the program on "My Thoughts after a Visit to the APS." We had a few computer
problems, but we worked through them. The food was delicious as always.

Our next meeting will be on Monday, July 28th when we'll have Auction Night. Everyone is welcome and
you don't have to be a member to bid!!!

As a dealer who attended the last show.....the club is thriving with activity.
Did you ever think of having BI-ANNUAL shows?

Great point Kevin.

The club could probably support a second show, especially if we could find a lower cost venue.

You don't still have that 3c 1861 for sale that I wanted at the show, do you? If you want to sell it, DM me......

Thanks, Ray

We'd talked about it in the past, but unfortunately as Ray said venues are quite expensive in the Nashville area.
