Another fun area for Re-Entries is Scott 163 (ACSC 175), the 150th Anniversary of New South Wales. The normal stamp is shown below:

Though not a Re-entry, re-touch, or re-cut, this fault was found from the beginning. It is the "Man with Tail" fault, and it almost looks like it should be there in the first place:

Once this was discovered, it was re-touched, yet still left a small bit of residue (smudge) above the weeds. Two examples from my collection:
