Hello I'm new to this exciting journey of stamp collecting and have been gifted this piece of curious heaven. I've found ones just like it on multiple sights but most is ebay which doesn't give me good idea of true value of it. Can someone help me ??

I don't dispute the non-monetary value that can accrue to an otherwise momentarily worthless item, but the OP made it clear they are looking at the cash out value as noted by the online search of sales sights sites. One does not look there for sentimental value.
Presumably Germania is sheathing her sword, having used it to trim the shrubbery she's standing next to (try holding your sword with your hand in the same position).
The allegory of the olive branch around the raised Imperial Sword reflects the ideal of balancing diplomacy and defence. The olive branch itself symbolises the willingness to make peace.
