Antioquia Sc#117 Imperforate

Hello everyone!! I would like show you this Antioquia (Colombia) SC#117 from 1899. Interestingly, it's the imperforate variety that appears in the Scott catalog note. I think this because the margins are quite wide on all sides and it also has what appears to be a cut line at the bottom. I'd like to hear your opinion about it.

General Córdova, the Lion of Ayacucho. Born in Antioquia in 1799, killed in battle in Antioquia 1829. He organised a revolt in the province against Bolivar after the latter declared himself dictator of Colombia. Bolivar sent the Irish general Daniel Florence O'Leary with eight hundred men to deal with Córdova, who had a small force of three hundred. In the ensuing fracas the Irish colonel Rupert Hand killed Córdova with three blows of a sabre. (Wikipedia, natch)
