Below the seller's username are normally 3 links. Seller rating, Seller other items, and Contact seller. Clicking that link takes you to
ebay's message system, where
ebay will ask why you want to contact the seller, after you answer, you go to a message form to your seller.
Nothing philatelic on my sellers page, but I highlighted the Contact link for a visual glue.
