Not a double impression. There was a lot of variation in inking and color in this issue - you just have slightly different colors on lightly- and heavily-inked copies.
I have several examples of the double impression and one nice example of a triple impression. The single stamp is a Scott 530a and the offset between the images is extreme for the issue. The triple impression is a Scott 530c (block of 4). I find it difficult to pick out the tripling except for a few parts of the stamp. A close up of the S and G in POSTAGE is provided.
