And Canada's best looking stamps is...

A lot of you are probably gonna say that's its the Bluenose and I'm not gonna argue that it's a beautifull stamp. But personnaly I really like the 1935 red special deliery 20 cents one.

I also really like the air mail stamp Mercury, with scroll in hand (C2) and the Daedalus in Flight (C5) stamps.

So whats your favorite one?

That is a beautiful issue, but then again, I like most of the engraved stamps.

I don't have a single Canadian stamp, but I'm partial to Scott 85, the 2 cent Map issue.

There's a lot to like about Canadian stamps,
and a lot to lament as well, if only they had been bi colored!

I think I join the Swab, as the Xmas stamp the one I
gravitate to first when I get a collection of Canadian.
esp to look at the shades.

I then like the graham bell, then the bluenose.
I am always a sucker for a good allegory.

I do not have many Canada stamps but the Scott 85 I may have to think about getting. I love older stamps.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think #85 is the world first Christmas stamp and Canada's first two (or more) colour stamp as well.

The Canadian Bluenose has always been one of my favorites.

The above is not mine, but I can dream.

I'm sure the "Wayzata" Newfoundland airmail would meet with some objection as ranging too far afield, but maybe this one will slip through? Canada CL3:

The Imperial Penny Postage issue of 1898 (Unitrade 85 and 86) carried the inscription "XMAS 1898" only because it was to be released at that time to link up with the newly established international (2 cent) postage rate. It had nothing to do with the the Christian holiday of that name.

My vote for most attractive stamp is the destroyer from the War Issue.
