Unknown Bhopal Stamp With Strange Cancellation

Hi all,

This Bhopal stamp is unusual. I think it could be an sg 39/41, but unsure if it's real and haven't seen any similar cancellations. Any opinions would be welcome.

Looks like SG 27 to me with 'BEGAN'.
Bhopal used various fancy-looking cancellations, and this looks like one of them.
