I pretty much don't know anything about CSA Stamps and I'm looking to validate my decision.
I got these from an auction I won by CKStamps. In the lot were two CSA stamps which I think are number 11.
Interestingly, the corners were nipped off one of them. Why would someone do this?

So I'm looking to validate they are CSA stamps number 11 and why someone would nip the corners off.

These look genuine to me. You have Type I Archer & Daly printings (CSA 11) in two shades.
